There are so many artists on this site with great work that I do want to see them be encouraged, not only by the knowlege that they are inspiring others but also by helping in a small way to promote this site as a venue for artists to share their thoughts, work and critiques of their ideas. Although I dabble in visual arts, I am not as practiced or talented as many here. Many times, after perusing this site and reading the critiques, I am immediately humbled as well as inspired to write. Well, after much adeiu I have finally just settled on the idea of posting my conceptual renderings and artwork on Deviant. I don't make these prints with the intent of creating a polished work, at least not as of yet. Actually, I use them to help flesh out ideas in my head for the stories that I am writing set in the Cryptomniverse world (ergo the COV logo on the print that I uploaded not long ago). At this point it is mere author meanderings, but if folks here enjoy the art work or have feedback on it to improve it, I'm happy to oblige. I am not an artist by trade, but I have always "doodled" and "tinkered" in the media.
